With their ruling of May 12th 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for links", the district court of Hamburg has decided that, with the implementation of links, the content of linked pages has to be answered for under certain circumstances. This can only be prevented through expressively distancing oneself from the content of these pages. We hereby explicitly distance ourselves from all contents of the websites linked on our homepage, and refrain from appropriating their content. This declaration concerns all linked pages on our homepage.
