MOLDA at the FIE

From 29.11.11 to 01.12.11 the leading exhibition for food ingredients, the FiE, took place in Paris. Besides approx. 1,500 exhibitors, we also were present again this year with a stand. This presented itself as a green oasis, including a real lemon tree and impressed visitors with our new corporate design. These natural surroundings fittingly conveyed our brand image: Where nature reaches it’s limits, we can in turn improve upon it significantly with all our knowledge, offering "Nature Perfected".

Whether Savoury & Dairy, Confectionery & Ice Cream, Cereals, Bakery, Meat or Contract Drying – at the exhibition you could experience our whole range and competence. Last but not least, our sourdoughs, smoothies and Dark Accents caused much enthusiasm at the stand.

Nevertheless, measured by the visitors’ reactions, one of the many highlights at the MOLDA stand was particularly sensational: the Florentine mix. This innovation of ours exists since 1973. And we certainly did not travel to Paris without further innovations: our new Florentine mixture offers a particularly low melting point, with many ensuing advantages and entirely new application possibilities.

After three exhibition days and many stimulating dialogues, we draw an entirely positive conclusion. And for this, we would particularly like to thank the many guests and visitors.
