From the middle of November 2008, to mid-January 2009, MOLDA implemented a global, comprehensive survey of their customers for the first time.

Their satisfaction with MOLDA's products and services was determined through a detailed questionnaire covering all relevant aspects of B-toB business relationships. This precious feedback will enable us to react to our customers' needs even better in future.

With the realisation of the recommendations brought forth by this survey, through numerous new projects, MOLDA takes another big step towards an even more market- and customer oriented company.
