MOLDA can look back on a proud tradition as one of the longest-established food processing companies in northern Germany.

1892 | Foundation as a local dairy cooperative |
1955 | Start of spray drying: purchase of the first spray drying tower |
1962 | Investment into a continuous freeze drying plant, i.a. for the production of quark powder |
1974 | Extension of the freeze drying capacities by means of batch-tunnels |
1978 | Start of vacuum belt drying, i.a. for the production of honey powder |
1981 | Transformation of the cooperative into a shareholding company |
2001 | Investment into a second continuous freeze drying plant |
2002 | Start of roller drying and purchase of a third continuous freeze drying plant |
2009 | Investment into a sixth spray drying tower |
